To build a cross-border financing model through fintech and artificial intelligence — offering overseas property buyers (our mortgage borrowers) new, reliable mortgage solutions with shorter approval times and better funding feasibility, while giving professional investors worldwide transparent, lower-risk fixed-income opportunities with steady returns.

PropCap is committed to improving transparency and liquidity in overseas property information, transactions and mortgage applications, promoting green buildings and sustainable urban development, with the vision of creating a one-stop overseas property management platform.

Louis Lee

Founder

Founder of PropCap Technologies, who officially renamed the brand PropCap Finance in August 2025.

Over 17 years of experience at Convoy Global Holdings, responsible for sales development and distribution, product and customer journey management. He later served as Chief Distribution Manager at Midland Financial Group.

Holds a degree in Banking and Finance from Monash University (Australia).

Louis is also a marathon and trail runner with over 10 years in the sport, and in 2013 completed the Marathon Des Sables (MDS), widely regarded as the toughest footrace on earth.

Sally Poon

Head of Business Development (Asia Pacific) | Founding Member

Sally has over 20 years of experience in real estate development and investment, business growth and project management, having worked for Hong Kong-listed property developers, fund houses and real estate investment advisory firms.

Through working with developers, investors, financial institutions, government bodies and consultants, Sally has built strong strategic project delivery skills and a thorough understanding of building win-win partnerships.

Sally graduated from the London School of Economics (LSE).
